Janet Alexander East

Let's see since graduation I married my high school sweetheart Barry in 1983 then we divorced in 2002. I went to college at Arkansas Tech University and graduated from there in 1983 with a B.S. in Secondary Education in Health, Physical Education and Coaching. I did not begin teaching out of school. Instead I went to work in the office of a trucking company and worked in trucking until 2000. I went back to school and added the field of Science to my certificate and began teaching in 2001 at Ramsey Jr. High in Fort Smith. I also Coach the Cheerleading squad there. I have two beautiful children that mean the world to me. My son lives here in Fort Smith and has decided to go back to school for Animation Technology. My daughter has been living in Dallas since she graduated from the UofA in 2013. She works with Reward Style in Influencer Marketing.

Mr. Blair flipping someone off in Biology class (I am sure a few of my students have done that or wanted to). Going to lunch at the Corner House with Carol, Kelly, Jennifer and others. Playing a prank on Mrs. Werner with Kelly showing up the day before cheer camp in a wheelchair. Pep Rallys, they just ar'nt the same these days.
